Only when the supplier's requirements are fulfilled or when leisurelyfun.com (Leisurelyfun) authorizes your refund request will refunds be taken into consideration. This is relevant if we are able to get exemptions from the supplier and you are not considered a "no-show." We won't process a cancellation or refund request unless these conditions are met.
